Millions of years of history sit within these cliffs, gradually being revealed over the years as the waves and elements beat against them.
I wanted to study these, and capture every little detail in this stunning natural environment, after hours and hours of intensive drawing, Stairhole was the result.

Corfe Castle is a historic ruin perched prominently in the Purbeck Hills. Visible from miles around, it is a location enjoyed by 1000’s of visitors each summer as they explore Dorset. As part of a day out, a stopping point on a large hike or a destination for a pub lunch it’s impossible not to be impressed by it’s presence overlooking the quintessential village.
Drawn from an opposing hillside above the river I enjoyed exploring the lines, erosion and foliage that have survived almost a thousand years on such a steep hillside. Committing it to paper in the way I see it was a lot fun.

I’ve created a print celebrating the Trunks Across the Thames sculpture trail. I’ve collected together my favourite details of the elephant and incorporated them into this print. The best part, £10-A4, £20-A3, £30-A2 of every print sold will go to Thames Valley Hospice.

Heading to the Ridge is based on a regular walk I take. Just before the sea comes into view, you are treated to this ridge and a small trail that meanders through. I have captured this in my unique way with signature line work. There will be no prints made of this piece.
